Ramps Gadgets3d shield LCD + Bluetooth adapter

Dear all, I have the gadgets3d shield with the LCD monitor.
At the same time I want to use a Bluetooth adapter to be able to print wirelessly.
The only issue I have is that Bluetooth adapter is using pins 16,17 as TX AND RX connection to Ramps board and these are also needed for the shield.

Do you happen to know how to alternatively connect the Bluetooth one the board in order to be able to use also shield and LCD and Bluetooth capabilities at the same time?

Just to reduce your disappointment: if there's a person who knows how this stuff works, it's the vendor of this gadget. And this site is neither part of this vendor nor vice versa.
