Y axis not homing (Solved)

I am building an h-bot printer, and am having issues getting the y axis to home. The endstops are normally open and the y endstop is a max endstop. When i press the button to home the y axis in repetier-host, all that the y axis does is move 10mm in the opposite direction of home.

Edit After poking around lots in the firmware, I was able to resolve this issue. However now when the Y axis homes, it says that it is at y=400. Any ideas?

Edit #2: It turns out that in Repetier-Host the bed front edge was defaulted to y=200 for some reason. Changing that to y=0 fixed my issue.
