Power circuit not working - Yesterday it was!

Hey guys!

I have a RepRap printer thats driving me crazy!

Yesterday everything was working fine. Then i had to move my printer and all of sudden nothing works anymore.
First I thought that could be a broken cable somewere, but all the motors stopped and also the heater on the extruder.
I think that if it was a broken cable, that particular stepper motor would stop.

Checked the power on the incoming "bracket" = 12 volts.
Checked the power on the small fuse: 12v (both sides, fuse is ok)
Since i donĀ“t use the second power slot at the "bracket", fuse 2 shows 0v.

Removed all the stepper controllers, no good.
Removed all the cables from the board, except the extruder heater, no good.
At first, when the printer was working, a bright red led could be seen.
Now there is a geen led near the D10 bracket that is very bright when the board connects, but gets dim when the extruder heater is turned on.

Could be a faulty MOSFET not powering the 12v supply to the board?
How do I check for this?
How the hell a printer thats been moved to a room to another could ever suffer from a dead mosfet? I think I have an "easy-fix" problem, but i'm already blind finding the solution...

It might be the hotend-thermistor, their legs are very thin and brake easy. Sometimes the vendor doesn't crimp the legs, but only solder them to the PTFE wires.
It should read 100k-130k Ohm at room temp.

But a broken thermistor wire would lead to total dead machine? Or just a dead hotend?

It's a safety feature: the whole printer doesn't work when a thermistor wire is broken. You'd get a MIN-Temp error at best.
