hello

i connect lcd 2004 red color with ramps 1.6 but not light
when I reverse cables 1 in 2 and 2 in 1 its light but no data appear on it

I use marlin 1.9 and define it as discount smart controller

what is the problem

If this is your first time with ramps and LCD2004, on my LCD2004 there is a contrast control on back that needs to be adjusted.

If you got the lcd and the ramp's lcd adapter separately there is a good chance the cables need to rotated 128 degrees. The issue is there are keys to stop you doing this.
