Whats the FR 100 on reprapdiscount lcd?

I'm building my first reprap. I haven't decided what frame to build (leaning toward Prusa I3), I just purchased the ultimate ramps combo for my electronics. I hooked everything up on the bench compiled latest Marlin firmware. Everything looks like its working fine. The only thing I can't figure out what it is on the lcd screen on the main menu page there is a FR 100 and you can turn the pot and it changes the values. What does FR stand for or what function is this?

It adjusts your feedrate. 100% runs at your set speeds. 50% would run at half your speed, 150% would bump up your speed by 1.5x, so on so forth.
