issue with newly wired reprap

Hello reprap community,my name is Hayati and i just build my first 3d printer. Although i wired everything according to the requirements, when i plug the printer to power supply all the motors are moving all over the place without my control.
Can anyone help me with this issue.

What version of RAMPS are you using, and what firmware have you installed?

I have followed the instruction from person i got all the parts, and now i can run the software. Plus i have the arduino mega 2560 controller board. comp sees the control board but when i open the pronterface and click the connect i get this weird letters popping

The mother board blinks when i click to connect, and i get these messages

ramps is 1.4

Any one one please help me with my reprap.I fixed the previous problem now new problem begin.I dont get any power to my motherboard. when i moved the table up and down i see the light is turning on. That means i am generating power. i checked every part of the board and there is no problem with it. when i plug the usb the mother board light blinks (green), still not sure what is going on.
