Powerlolu work

I was wondering if anyone has experience integrating the Powerlolu board into RepRap 3D printers to allow for bigger steer motors? I am the Technical Community Manager for a nonprofit called Open Source Ecology...we are looking for people with experience in this process to help us with our rapid design/prototyping and build-out of our open source products.

Thanks!
Audrey

Hello balestrino, i see your pcb layout in github, +1.
I'm thinking to test TI's NexFet Dual package to reduce pcb size.
Do you think A4989 will manage these well? If you can take a look at these Mosfets.
Regards

Dear community,

I am searching professional opinion about Powerlolu working with NexFET Power Blocks (see slit127.pdf)
CSD87353Q5D

to use 4 dual NexFET instead 8 HexFET. Sadly lacks built-in reverse diode, so need 8 shockley diode.
These can be found in mouser and digikey.

My regards.
