12v or a little more ? - Help

Hi,
I bought this hardware ( [www.aliexpress.com] )
And i have a problem, my heatbed don't arrive at 110 degree.
When i put 14,5v in the hardware the heatbed arrive in 110.
My question is, the hardware will burn with 14,5v ?
What is the max voltage can i feed this hardware (ramps 1.4) ?
Tks

the biggest limit is the arduino, and if i remember right its close to 18v. at 14 i would say you are fine.

The official Arduino Mega 2560 R3 uses a NCP1117ST50T3G voltage regulator specified to handle 6-20V but if you got your Arduino from a Chinese factory then definitely look up the datasheet on the specific voltage regulator. My knockoff R3 can only handle 16V maximum!

The voltage regulator is circled in the pic attached.

Also, the regulator isn't well cooled on Arduino, and the RAMPS prevents air movement around it, so I wouldn't go anywhere near its rating. The regulator on the official Mega 2560 should be able to handle 14.5V though.
