Hi i am using marlins software everythings is fine. but layer slips when printing how can i calibrate? i found many page tuning a4988 but how ? my step motors properties

Use a DVM and set your Vref (wiper on the pot relative to ground) to 0.3V. Since this is the Ramps board sub section I assume you are using a Ramps...
