It seems that my RAMPS 1.4 has died on me. I just changed out the extruder to the new Bulldog XL and after about 15 minutes of printing the board is dead. Don't know if the extruder caused it or if it was just a coincident. Figured I'd start this thread to see if anyone else may of seen the same thing.
EDIT: After a day of investigating the board it turned out I had a shorted endstop that was blocking my use of the RAMPS board.
