Cannot Upload firmware to Arduino

Hi there,

When I plug in my Ramps 1.4 through usb the green LED 1 starts flashing straight away, even though I'm not uploading anything.
When I do try to upload it just never ends.

I'm guessing some sort of reset would work?!

I have tried holding the reset button but the problem still persists.

Help is much appreciated!

I had a similar problem.

I did a little research and found that windows did un upgrade on the beguining of the year that makes some drivers outsolite they don't work if you check on the site for the arduino they have an update

try that see if it work
