Pronterface comands revcieved with a delay or not at all

Hi guys,

so I had an issue with one of my mosfets (for D10) just like the guy here [www.printrbottalk.com]. Today I replaced the mosfet and powered up the printer.

Previously the fan for my e3d hotend would not power up on start up (it is in series with the hot end wires which connect to D10 and +12v) and it was working now so I thought it was fixed.

I connected pronterface and It there is a 1-2 second delay on each command on the left interface and I cannot receive a reply to M114 or M119.

When I replaced the mosfet I accidently took off a resistor, but I put it back afterwards.

any ideas ?


Thanks heaps (the printer was working 100 % before - I think I blew the mosfet when the two bed fan wires short circuited )

I had another look and my endstop wiring .... noob mistake , I had put them back the wrong way, I checked the pin allocations and then uploaded Sprinter again to the board and all the motors and commands are working fine ... you wouldn't think the end stops would prevent the printer from replying to M114 ... but this fixed it anyway

... sadly am still having the mosfet trouble , when I tried to turn on the hotend my hotend fan turned off (it uses the same 12v line as the hotend), ill keep looking and post any solutions I find
