No power on D8

I just connected a heated on D8 with the proper sensor.
I added heated support to the firmware

When I switch on the bed in Repeater host, the monitor shows full power, but when I measure the D8, no voltage is there.So the bed does not heat and the sensor confirms
(My extruder on D10 gives 11.9v)

Any clue's ?

You can forget this one.

I had my Ramps powered from the Mega power line (hot-wired it), which of course !! did not go to the separate Heatbed rail, only to the stepper rail.
An additional power source fixed my problem..
