Weird behavior of the heatbed and extruder?

I noticed some weird behavior when printing. Im not going to explain much, but show you the curves. Note: its some kind of cyclus, +- 15 min of normal and steady temperatures and then that wierd bumpy road, then again +- 15 min steady.

I'd check to make sure your thermistor is solidly attached and making direct attachment to your hot end and that all connections are tight. If the thermistor was a little loose it might be enough to drop the temp and hold it a few degrees lower even though the hot end was much hotter. The fact that when it levels out again there isn't a very large spike doesn't make this very likely though after several minutes of full on. If you can easily repeat it, I'd check also your voltage output of your power supply during the ripples. It may be sagging and just can't provide the necessary current to maintain the temperature until a part cools down, resets, etc.

But it only happens when printing ABS. PLA doesnt have this problem. If something would be loose, it would happen all the time, right?

@cdru I think you're right about the PS.. I'll replace it and see what happens.

Its solved, indeed the PS was the problem.
