I made a serious error of distraction I reversed the poles supply (+/-), I can retrieve my Ramps, what it is burned? Can anyone help me

I'm sorry to hear of your misfortune. Assuming you reversed the main 12V input and not just the heated bed input, my guess is that all the electrolytic capacitors on the 12V rail are fried, and so are any stepper drivers that were plugged into the board at the time.

and possibly the Arduino too...

Unfortunately there is no reverse voltage protection on the RAMPS board. Sorry to say so, but basically you can throw out whatever was plugged into the RAMPS and restart from zero.

Thanks,, I've already tried the Arduino Mega and load the Blink example and it works. Now I'll try to see the drivers if they work. To exclude what are the problems?

there is primitive reverse protection... thats what d2 is all about.

So check that d2 is not a short. D2 tends to die when you do this...
