Power Supply not working, please help !

Hi guys,

This is my first build for a CNC Laser engraver, and I'm using ramps 1.4 kit for this with a PSU ATX Power Supply. I've converted the PSU as here: Convert PSU and after I finished, I decided to make a small test again before conecting it to ramp, so after I turned ON the switch, the fans start spining for 1 second and then stopped, I measured the purple cable has 5V and the rest are dead. What have I done wrong ?

Some power supplies will not start up if there is no load on the 5v lines
