Ramps 1.4 alarm sound ?

This is my 2nd Folger Tech 2020 i3 aluminum printer with Ramps 1.4, Extruder temp was 194c bed was 60
During a 2 hour print there would be a inter-mitten buzz sound (alarm >? ) plus a circuit board Red LED
come on 7 to 10 sec, Then stay off for different amounts of time. Nothing seemed Regular ( time wise ) about this.
Then the cycle would start again. did this for the duration of the Print.
The print finished fine. My 1st Printer has Never Made this sound. I have attached a short video
printed today for a hour, never made the sound.
e-mailed Brad Dudenhoffer's reprapshop.us Had never come across this, suggested to come here.
What is the Ramps Board trying to tell me would be my question.

That LED is for the bed heater, it's getting power when on. It's not an alarm, something is just amplifying the frequency used to operate the MOFSET for the bed heater.

The other flashing LED is for the hotend.
