dual extruders on Ramps 1.4, only E0 is working.

Have 2 extruders connected to my Ramps 1.4. Only that one on E0 is working. If I shift the Cables extruder 2 works when connected to E0.
I have replaced the stepper drivers without any luck..
I have the same configuration on both extruders made in Repetier configurator 0,92.
I use M302 S1 for Cold extrusion.
Is there someone with a solution for this?
Is there any jumpers or settings that I HAVE missed?
I can se both extruders, heaters and temp sensor working in Repetier Host.
I have attecded the full software.

Your config look ok,cant see any errors.
What command are you using to select 2nd extruder ?

Found the problem, error in the MB. Tested with a new one and now it is working.

I have an CoreXY with Chamira dual extruder.
I want to be able to run different temperatures on the nozzles. I cannot se how to do it in Cura nor in Slice3r for Repetier Host.
Anyone know how to solve this?

As I am encountering the same issue today, let me resume this thread.

In my case, all steppers work and when I swapped pins between E0 and E1 in the Marlin, the stepper connected to the pins corresponding to E0 now considered as that of E1 did not work whereas the stepper now considered E0 did work. Then, the pins of my RAMPS are working.
I prevent cold extrusion error with M302 or by heating.
Temp sensors and hotends are working just fine.

I'm using Marlin Configuration EEF with a Ramps 1.4 & Arduino Mega.

I'll take any suggestion as I tried almost everything I could to no avail. Just in case, find attached my configuration.
