Anyone know why D7 isn't connected to anything on the ramps?

Is there something 'obvious' I'm missing? (I don't think so, as other boards use it commonly as a 4th MOSFET)

Maybe they ran out of PCB space to add two more terminals?
They could've used a common V+ terminal for all MOSFets, but that's another story...

I was more thinking that even if that was the case, why isn't it routed to a exp pin....
