RAMPS 1.6 BL Touch

Hey all,

I have a new ramps 1.6 board and my BL touch is not working.

The 1.6 doesn't seem to have the jumper for the 5v and vcc.

So im stuck trying to test the power properly. Sticking my MM on the pins red on the 5v and black on the gnd.. but gives me like 40v and then sometimes 2v... cant be right.

What am I doing wrong?

See the jumper at the top?

I seen that, but didnt see the VCC part.

BL Touch is now working.

Can you explain how did you resolve, i am trying to get through with no luck. All i see is blue fade light when i switch on. Thanks
