full graphic smart lcd controller NO SD CARD DETECTED FOR LONG CABLE

hi guys my FULL GRAPHIC SMART LCD CONTROLLER is broken so i change it by buying an new FULL GRAPHIC SMART LCD CONTROLLER...

the problem is : my new FULL GRAPHIC SMART LCD CONTROLLER cant read my SD card i get always NO SD CARD but if i put the small cables i can read my SD card !!!!!!!! so with my new FULL GRAPHIC SMART LCD i cant learn my SD card if i use a long cable why please ?

why my old broken FULL GRAPHIC SMART LCD CONTROLLER can learn SD CARD with a long cable, and my new FULL GRAPHIC SMART LCD CONTROLLER cant learn it ?

is there any problem in ramps ? jumper ? marlin need more configuration ???
