I bought a ntc thermistor and soldered it, but the thermistor shows the wrong value, I wonder where the error, can i change the marlin to t0 pin t2
Value is always 52 °C

Test the thermistor on it's own with a multimeter set to resistance, What's it's resistance at room temp and also when you place it between your fingers ?

you can change it from t0 to t2 in pins_RAMPS.h

It doesn't always work, depends what is damaged in the MPU.
