MOSFET PCB not working?

Hi, I hope someone has come across this problem before. I bought some of these MOSFET boards and I can't seem to get them to work. I have my power hooked up correctly, the heater on the output. I've checked the control PWM signal and polarity and its fine.

My heater won't turn on, the red power LED lights and the blue signal LED.

I measured with a voltmeter, I get around 0.6 volts across the heater terminals and about 2 volts on the gate of the mosfet.

What am I missing? thanks!

signal goes through bridge rectifier, So there is no polarity on this connector.

But this device is designed to augment existing mosfet ie signal is 12v or 24v, I do not know if it would work on a 5v digital signal, I though it did...

also check your 5v really is 5v, as mega2560 Voltage regulators die really easily.

Mosfet on voltage is 2.5v, (for the mosfet on the version of this board I have) so a low 5v on the mega would explane it

Thanks, I didn't realize it wasn't a 5v input normally, I'll try it again with higher voltage etc
