RAMPS1.2

i bought a ramps 1.2 kit
a couple of months ago,
today i tested the mosfests, and they don't work,
has this happend to you?
or do you know of any ways to fix it,

i have done some testing,

with d9 on, it sits at 3.25v (shouldn't it be 5v)
with d9 on and no load there is 19v across the screw terminals,
with d9 off and no load there is 0v across the screw terminals,

with d9 on and load there is 1.5v across the screw terminals,

It seems like your MOSFET might be good. What is your power supply voltage? It looks like it's 19V (no load voltage reading). And what is the load? Perhaps you're overloading your power supply. D9 is usually used to control a fan.

i have a fan on d9, my psu is 19v @ 5a, i am running 2 12v in series,
i am also using d10 to switch a relay

and it doesn't work
