I just finished building my ramps, I go to upload firmware and the leds flash rapidly and it says it finishes successfully.

I then try and use the board, when I plug it in it flashes green twice and then just sits doing nothing, if I reset it it flashes twice again and does the same thing

Repsnapper will not connect either

Any Ideas?

Does the BAUD Rate in configuration.h match your host (ie. repsnapper)?

Yep, the baud rates are the same, any other ideas?

When I first hooked up my 1.3 I didn't realize that the light is not supposed to stay on so I thought something was wrong. Do yourself a favor and get pronterface with skeinforge. It's a very basic interface but I've had the best luck with it.
