in der y-richtung lässt er sich, auch nachdem er den endstop ausgelöst hat, noch weiter in +-richtung verschieben (ich verwende pronterface als host).

Normal ist der Nullpunkt bei dir vorne links. Das heisst das Hotend bewegt sich nach rechts in positive Richtung, dein Endstop dort ist also ein X_MAX und fürs Homing musst du positiv (1) fahren.
Deine Y-Achse sollte nach hinten gehen, das Bett fährt also für positive Y-Richtung nach vorne, dein Endstop dort ist also Y_MIN und du solltest fürs Homing negativ fahren (-1).
Dein Z geht nach Oben und du hast da einen Z_MIN Endstop, fürs Homen also negativ fahren.

Dein Y ist also irgendwie falsch konfiguriert...
