Hallo Leute,

Ich weiß leider nicht, ob mein Problem durch die Software, das Hotend oder die Mechanik entsteht, deswegen poste ich es erstmal hier.

Ich habe bei kleinen Bereichen bzw. "Inseln" während des Drucks mit Slic3r immer ein Artefakt, welches wie Überextrusion (links) aussieht:



Links mit Slic3r 1.2.9 gedruckt - rechts mit Cura 2.1.3 (bei beiden Slicern wurden die gleichen Parameter verwendet.) Links "Überextrusion" nach der (4mm) Bohrung.

Ich habe den Flow nach Triffid Hunter mit dem 95% Infill-Würfel kalibriert, der Flow sollte einigermaßen passen, da die Top Layer schön glatt sind und ich auch sonst keine Probleme mit Über/Unterextrusion habe. Retract und extra Length on Restart habe ich mit 2 weit voneinander entfernten Thin Walls kalibriert, sodass direkt nach dem Retract bei einem neuen Layer die Wandstärke gleichdick wie beim Rest des Objekts ist - sodass direkt nach dem Retract nicht zu viel oder zu wenig extrudiert wird.

Das gleiche Objekt mit den gleichen Slicer Einstellungen zeigt bei Slic3r 1.2.9 links eben dieses Artefakt, welches bei Cura nicht vorhanden ist. Deshalb tippe ich, dass es eher am Slicer liegt, als an den Extruder Parametern.

Das versaut mir leider die Optik bei fast jedem Druck mit Slic3r 1.2.9, aber an welchen Einstellungen könnte es denn liegen? Cura kommt für mich ansonsten leider nicht in Frage, allein schon weil überhaupt keine Bridging Einstellungen vorgenommen werden können.

Temperatur: 230°C / 65°C

Überextrusion ist damit tatsächlich unwahrscheinlicher geworden.

Beschleunigung und Jerk von X und Y ist auf was eingestellt?
Riemenspannung in Hz?

Deine Hotendklammer (das U) ist noch nicht ausgelutscht?

Hallo Toolson,

Ich möchte mich erstmal für deine Hilfe bedanken.

Ich habe jetzt die ältere Version 1.1.7 von Slic3r verwendet und die Einstellungen der neuen Version in die alte importiert.

Ich kann jetzt während des Drucks schon erkennen, dass die alte Slic3r Version - bei gleichen Einstellungen - scheinbar nicht dieses Problem hat. Bilder folgen gleich.

Ja was soll ich sagen... es scheint wohl ein Bug in Version 1.2.9 zu sein?

Zu ärgerlich - zeitgleich mit der neuen Slic3r Version habe ich den Toolson MK2 aufgebaut, zum ersten mal für mich ein Drucker mit Bowden Extruder und ich habe dieses Problem die ganze Zeit auf den Bowden geschoben und mir einen Wolf kalibriert - bis ich irgendwann aufgegeben und es akzeptiert hatte, dabei hatte ich schon die ganze Zeit ganz gute Einstellungen tongue sticking out smiley tongue sticking out smiley

Ich hatte auch schon ähnliche Probleme mit Slic3r 1.2.9. Statt downzugraden, habe ich mir die Entwicklerversion gebaut.
Damit ist das Druckbild auch viel besser.

Ich habe exakt das gleiche Problem wie abgebildet, hatte das aber erstmal hinausgeschoben.
Hatte ein mechanisches Problem vermutet und werde das dann wohl auch mal ausprobieren.

Ich bin schon vor einiger Zeit auf 1.2.6 zurück. Die Version macht mir bisher keine Probleme und bietet zumindest das Feature der 3D-Ansicht.
