export config file FROM printer - ???

So i was messing around with my printer yesterday trying to get the bltouch servo to work (unsuccessfully) and had to resort back to the older marlin FW that was working. because i changed a few things since that file was last saved i had to calibrate the steps again (not ideal - but it was needed). BUT because it was late and i just wanted to get to bed i forgot to save the file with the current calibration factors.
with that said, does anyone know how to export the marlin files from the arduino board so that i can save it as a "working setup" instead of editing the config.h file all over again? thanks in advance.

If your eeprom is enabled, you could use M503 to see the settings.
You could also readout the binary from flash, here is an example on how to do that: [www.hackster.io]
