Hi Leute smiling smiley

Bin erst seit einigen Tagen hier anngemeldet, trotzdem hab ich aber schon einen fast fertigen 3D Drucker.
Ich habe mir vor ~1 Woche das Deluxe Set Beta Prusa von [www.2printbeta.de] geholt.
Da ich nun mit der Großartigen HIlfe* von Benjamin Krux die Hardware soweit fertig habe und alles Gut aussieht und ‘funktioniert‘ bin ich derzeit am verzweifeln bei den Settings.

Also, 2PrintBeta liefert bereits eine angepasste Version von Sprinter mit, soweit ich das der Anleitung entnehmen konnte, sollte dabei nichts mehr eingestellt werden müssen. *hahaha* Doch. Denn wo wird die Druckfläche vergeben ? Und alles was sonst noch interessant/wichtig ist ..
Die Endstops scheinen nicht richtig auszulösen.

Wenn ich bei Printrun die Funktion für ‘home‘ verwende, sollte das doch in die ‘Nullpunkt‘ Stellung setzten, oder ? Leider bei mir nicht sad smiley
Habe nun schon fast nen Tag mit testen verbracht, aber bisher ohne Erfolg .. :/

Ach, und ab und zu, bewegen sich meine (von Hand mittels Printrun gesteuerten) Achsen nur in eine Richtung. Was hat das zu bedeuten ?

* Nachdem das Hotend von 2PrintBeta ohne Ersichtlichen Grund ausgeschmolzen ist, habe ich bei reprap.cc einen neuen Extruder geordert. Wahnsinnig Schnell, Super Support, und die Qualität der Teile ist um einiges (!!) besser als bei 2PrintBeta. Da ist (für mich) der Name leider Programm .. :/

So wie sich das anhört kannst du mit deinem Drucker ja noch gar nicht drucken? Wie kann da das hotend den Dienst quittieren? Ist/war der Thermistor richtig eingestellt?

In eine Richtung bewegen sich die Achsen bei mir nur wenn sie nicht gehomed (blödes Wort grinning smiley) sind. Was ja bei dir anscheinend der Fall ist.
Was für eine Firmware verwendest du?

Bevor das homen und manuell verfahren nicht funktioniert brauchst du den Extruder doch gar nicht einschalten. Imho zumindest. Kümmere dich systematisch um die Probleme anstatt alles kreuz und quer zu probieren.

Das war der erste Test des Extruders, so wie´s in der Anleitung stand .. aber jetzt egal ..

Klar, ich wüsste nur gern wie ich meinen Drucker ‘homes‘ smiling smiley -> Sprinter.

Was macht er denn wenn du die einzelnen Achsen homen willst? Fährt er in die falsche Richtung, löst der Anschlag nicht aus, ......

Ich hatte mir zum Anfang das Minimalset von 2BetaPrint geholt.

Mein Tipp Sprinter runter und Repetier Host und Firmware aufspielen. Dann hast es einmal Richtig.

Das Hotend was da mit bei ist, ist sehr empfindlich gegen Übertemperatur. Mein Original ist bei Zeiten dem Hitzetot gestorben. ( der Heizbloch hat sich einfach aus dem Isolator geschmolzen.

Ich war mit dem Set zufrieden !!! War alles bei was ich brauche um los zu legen.

Da die Plastikteile gegossen sind sollte man diese vor dem Zusammenbau mit Schleifpapier plan und parallel schleifen damit sich der Rahmen nicht verzieht.
Der Zusammenbau war ohne Probleme vollzogen und da alle Kabel bei sind auch die Verdrahtung ruck zuck fertig.

Der Rest ist Einstellungs und Justierungssache.

Entgegen allen Ankündigungen war die Firmware noch nicht aufgespielt.

Da auf dem Arduino so eine Art Testprogramm lief wurden alle Pins abwechselnd auf Low und Height gelegt was bei mir zur Folge hatte das unkonrolliert das Hotend aufgeheizt wurde bis ..... bis eben der Heizblock schief am Isolator hing.

Das tuh ich weg als Lehrgeld. Man ist eben neu und will Drucken.

Mein Tip ist: Nur die Ruhe bewahren alle Schritte gut Überdenken.

Ich hab mir jetzt Repetier Host und Firmware geladen, die Software macht (zumindest am Mac) einen Guten Eindruck! Auch wenn ich nicht Sicher bin, wie ich darin Home und alles andere Korrekt einstelle und _teste_ .. :/

Die Firmware ist ja um einiges Umfangreicher .. Ok, wär ja kein Problem .. Grundzeug hab ich auch eingestellt und aufgespielt, aber bewegen tut sich der Drucker damit jetzt nicht ..

Hi,

ich habe auch ein BetaPrusa Deluxe Set von 2Printbeta und bin eigentlich ganz zufrieden damit.
Aber wie oben schon gesagt wurde, entgegen der Beschreibung war die Firmware nicht aufgespielt und erst recht nicht richtig eingestellt.
Ich musste die Steps_per_unit, Thermistor und Endstop Einstellungen anpassen damit es funktionierte.

Danke, für die Werte. Hab das mit meiner Sprinter Config abgeglichen und es funktioniert trotzdem nicht .. sad smiley

Meistens kann ich mit Pronterface bzw. Printrun alle Achsen in jede Richtung bewegen, aber nicht immer .. keine Ahnung woran das liegt .. :/ Die Opto Endstops funktionieren auch, wenn ich mit ner Achse einfahre leuchten sie.

Dann hab ich nochmal Repetier getestet, leider komm ich damit nicht klar. Wenn ich den Printer verbinde (was auch funktioniert) sollte das doch unter ‘Print Panel‘ bewegt werden können, oder ?
Bewegt sich kein Stück .. auch nicht nachdem ich ein Objekt eingelesen habe oder sonst wann, kurz gesagt mit der Repetier Firmware & Host Software funktioniert hier gar nichts ..

Welche Ich verwende ist mir im Prinzip egal, solangs funktioniert ^^
Bei Sprinter würds hald wie gesagt um das ‘homing‘ gehen, dann sollte der Rest "eigentlich" funktionieren .. :/

Also lt. 2PrintBeta müssen die aufleuchten wenn sich etwas dazwischen befindet ..

Aber ja, funktioniert nicht. Kann doch nicht sein sad smiley bin grad am verzweifeln, am letzten Urlaubstag wollt ich schon was gedruckt haben .. :/

Wie geschrieben bei meinem Drucker ist es so das die LED's beim einfahren verlöschen.

Das ist alles Einstellungssache.

Repetier als Firmware und als Host hat den Vorteil das du Werte der Config die Im Eprom liegen ganz schnell ändern kannst ohne immer neu die Firmware auf zu spielen.

Deshalb Repetier Firmware aufspielen und auch den Host benutzen. In dem Packet sind die Slicer auch schon mit enthalten so das du alles aus einer Hand hast.

Aus dem Host kannst du mit M - Befehlen die Endstops auslesen und ermitteln ob die Hight oder Low aktiv sind.

Die config.h der Firmware einfach von oben nach unten durchgehen und deine relavanten Einstellungen auf deine Maschine anpassen.

Bei Repetier ist es wichtig den Eprom-Modus ( heist der so? ) bei jedem Aufspielen der Firmware um 1 zu erhöhen sonst werden die Werte im Eprom nicht überschrieben.

Es gibt Endstops, bei denen die LED ausgeht, wenn etwas in die Lichtschranke fährt, und solche, bei denen es umgekehrt ist. Gilt für optische und mechanische Endstops, allerdings kann man mechanische recht leicht umstellen/umlöten wenn der Mikroschalter ein Wechselschalter (drei Anschlüsse) ist.

Entscheidend ist letztendlich jedoch nicht, ob die LED leuchtet, sondern welches Signal am Pin des ATmega ankommt. Wenn es blöd läuft, streuen die Kabel zu den Motoren so viel Spannung in die Kabel zu den Endstops ein, dass der ATmega ein Signal sieht. Also am besten diese beiden Kabel getrennt verlegen. Flechten oder verdrillen der einzelnen Adern zueinander hilft auch.

Ach, bei dir auch. Hattest du auch den axialen Thermistor Typ?
Bei mir war nicht das Testprogramm schuld. Ich hatte vorher extra Sprinter aufgespielt und geschaut das der Thermistor richtig eingestellt ist. Ab einem gewissen Wert hatte sich dann die Temperatur nicht mehr upgedatet und das Hotend ist geschmolzen.

Also generell hatte ich mit dem BetaPrusa Bausatz einige Probleme.
Ich gehe jetzt erstmal in den Urlaub + Maker Faire und in zwei Wochen + X gibt es in meinem YouTube Kanal ein Review über den Bausatz (https://www.youtube.com/domestichacks).
Generell wird mein Fazit aber voraussichtlich nicht unbedingt so gut ausfallen. Vor allem da es mittlerweile in dem Preisbereich bessere Alternativen gibt.

Den mitgelieferten Stick kannst du, wie du wahrscheinlich ja schon gemerkt hast erst mal beiseite legen. Da ist überhaupt nichts richtig eingestellt und die Software ist auch nicht gerade aktuell. Die Kalibrierung von Sprinter z.B. passt nicht mal rechnerisch.
Ich musste alles selbst runterladen und noch einmal konfigurieren.
Ich nutze jetzt Sprinter + Repetier Host + Slic3r und bin ganz zufrieden. Die Repetier Firmware machte Probleme bei mir (http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?247,225044).
Leider sind die Infos, wie man Sprinter einstellen muss im Handbuch sehr spärlich (was noch untertrieben ist).

Die Endstops müssen leuchten, wenn sie ausgelöst werden.
Wenn sich die Achsen nur in eine Richtung bewegen, bedeutet das meistens, dass die Endstops invertiert werden müssen.

Leider ist das schon in der mitgelieferten Firmware falsch. Eventuell gab es den Bausatz ja auch mal mit anderen Endstops. Scheint sich ja öfters mal was zu ändern (es gab einige Unterschiede zwischen Bausatz und Anleitung).

Ich bin gerade nicht an meinem PC, habe daher nur eine ältere Sprinter Konfiguration, aber die sollte laufen (aktuelle Sprinter Version verwenden, nicht die mitgelieferte).
Schau aber sicherheitshalber ob der Thermistortyp passt.
