Hey amer,
i dont think that you will find this data public. I own this printer too, so I know that this is an ordinary Desktop printer in a business costume
These are not meant to be repaired by service technicians so that service data is hard to get.
My tip: ask EPSON directly and if you have success pls forward the service data :-)
