Perimeter printing issue w/ pic

Hi All!

I've gotten better and better prints using Pronterface and playing around with Sfact settings, but I'm having trouble with the perimeter extrusion occasionally not sticking to the previous layer when printing concave curves (if that makes sense). Take a look at the pic. Any ideas what I should adjust to fix this?

I'm currently at 70mm main feedrate, 30mm perimeter, 184c with PLA, layer height at .3mm, extrusion width at .38mm

Anything seem out of whack? Any advice?

Thanks!

Your layer width needs to be 1.5 times more than your layer height. Hence why Skeinforge does it that way.

Try layer height of 0.25 with your current width.

Yes it don't know why SFACT separated them. Much easier to just change the layer height and have everything work from that.

Yep. The Prints are coming out all around better now. Gotta love 3d printing - where a 10th of a mm makes that much of a difference. Thanks!
