Border wrong

Hi,
I print with a Prusa + slic3r 0.7.2.b + Pronterface + Marlin
Sometimes, I have behaviour like the one in the image.
It seems that the border is slightly shifted.
The strange thing is that this seems to happen only in one direction, while the rest or the object perimeter it's ok.

I already check the belts and lowered the engines current. The only thing seemed to lower the problem (not eliminating it) was lowering the default accelleration (from 3000 to 1500).
What I'm missing?

look like you need a fan to cool the very thin wall layer

try to use small layer height

I had the same pb with the rocket glass from thinguniverse the fan cure the pb

Using smaller layer heights didn't solve the problem.
Moreover if the problem is due to missing cooler, it should happen along all the perimeters, not only in one side.

Looks like the printhead is being pushed up (or table down), which can only really be mechanical.
Does it do the same thin on all prints?

PLA at 185 C. The bed is level (checked and re-levelled a couple of time)

It seems that setting in Slic3r the "Perimeters" to 2 instead of 3 solved the problem...
