20mm calibration thick infill

The infill when I try to print the 20mm calibration block seems to be to thick the hotend smears through it .All the settings in slis3r that I have tried have not made any differance .The outer perimeters of the block print good and the .5 thin wall calibration print good. what do I need to change in order to get the infill right.

Best to post a picture if you can.

first one I stopped during the bottom layer so you can see whats going on and the second I stopped during the first infill and the last picture is without the bottom layer and top layer and the infill

It's a volume issue. First, have you calibrated your Extruder steps properly? This is done with the hot end removed.
Second, make sure in your slicing software, you choose the right size filament. If it's thinks you are using 1.75mm and you are using 3mm, you will be extruding the same "length" of plastic but more "volume"
Last, measure your filament diameter. Take at least three measurements from random places far apart and calculate the average thickness. If it's measuring 1.80mm instead of 1.75 you may think it is, you're extruding more volume of plastic.

Is your bed level also? The first pic looks like the infill is more normal on one side, but thicker on the other.

Remember your first few layers will be a bit uneven due to the over extrusion on the first layer. Does it look the same after 10 layers as it did on the first couple? If you haven't checked your e-steps, then definitely do that as KingRahl pointed out.

yep lowered the extrusion multiplier helped alot but a little harder to get things to stick

Looking at your first foto. It looks like your extruder needs to get closer to your heatedbed.
Use a piece of paper to calibrate your distance.
