weird printing problem

Hello, i was recently printing t-rex shower head and everything was fine until that moment.
Can you please help me to understand what went wrong?

0.4 layer
50% fill
3 perrimeters


Also i always meet this, while printing

Can you please say what settings in my slic3r are wrong?
0.1 layer

One picture number 1, three things comes to my mind, dirt in filament, some gcode error and turned off the heater or something came loose in your extruder. Most likely number 1. Do am cleaning routine and see if something comes out of the nozzle.

Picture number 2, don't know, you may have to take other picture so I can see better the problem or give some details.

I guess problem was with cooling. I opened the window to have a freash air for b it, But it's -5 celsius outside and may be it ruined the temperature
