Pronterface not connecting to arduino

I am trying to connect pronterface but, when I click connect the console just says "connecting..." for a long time. My baud rate is set to the correct amount so I am not sure what the issue is.

Port settings must be identical in the firmware, the print software and Windows.
And it might help to use the right driver.
