lumps on radius ?

Can any one please tell me how i can fix getting lumps on the radius of prints ?

well ive done some changes in the firmware (marlin) and octoprint from posts ive read but i am not able to improve it ??

That looks like the seam and you've told the slicer to align the layer start/stop points. It also looks like you've got a bit of over extrusion happening, at least at those start/stop points, and I can't tell from the photo if the rest of the print suffers the same. Have you ever calibrated the extruder? Use this procedure and pay attention to the "e-steps fine adjustment" procedure.

and stopped adjusting when I got to this:





I ended up at retraction acceleration = 3000 mm/sec^2 and retraction speed = 30 mm/sec.

I have very finlely calibrated my extruder but it made no difference in cura now I am using slic3r again my prints are nearly perfect (should be perfect when I get some good quality filament )
