Wilson II print issues

So I had been working alot and had a buddy setup the printer. One thing to note, the servo on the Z end stop doesn't move on its own. On this print, I am using PLA. The brim looks really off on one side. At one point it stopped and was waiting for user, it does tend to check the y and x axis during print. While this was printing, it took a dive into the bed which never happened during any test prints. I am using Cura 15.04.4 to create the gcode which I save to a card then print from card. Trying to get an idea of what is going wrong and how to resolve it. I am a total novice at this sort of thing and any help would be appreciated.
