Continuous Shift XY - Wierd Behaviour

Hello Pals,

I have been building machines, and never found such a issue till now.

Im making a bigger machine with 500 mm Build Volume.

It seems the Skipping of steps is very prominent. I did changed the motors , electronics, firmware and even checked the mechanical stuff many times. I could not fix this. Motor currents were checked.

I did checked on the latest Marlin RC 5 release aswell.

Can some body help me in suggesting a better way to fix. Its a CORE XY mode
