Horizontal Gaps in Print

Since a few days I'm experiencing really ugly gaps in my prints (http://imgur.com/a/i9pVT). I tried everything I knew to try.
Printed with different speeds (low to high), different temperatures (190-270), different layer heights (0.04-0.2) , different Filaments (PETG, PLA, ABS), installed a brand new Nozzle, made sure all the steppers are calibrated, reflashed the printer (now Anet A6 stock firmware, tried SkyNet3d as well) but nothing seems to work. I never changed my settings which got me perfect results, this issue just appeared.
I even tried using Slic3r and the default config of Cura without success.
Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

Lack of extrusion somehow. . .

Is the drive hob slipping on the shaft or clogged. Can you see it turn and push filament reliably?
