Delta Artifacts

I am running into an print issue I could not address. I don't really know how to describe the kind of artifacting I am getting so I included some pictures. I think it has to do with the micro stepping but I am not really sure.
Printer: Custom Delta
Drivers: SD6128
Micro stepping: 1/128
Board: Azteeg X5 Mini with smoothieware
Some people told me to make my smooth idlers into toothed idlers but that did not help at all.
