Building a Cartesian style printer single Z stepper and dual TR8*8 screws
Would there be 2 calculations involved here or since the stepper and both screws are 30T pulleys would I just calculate for the screws?
If the pulleys on the stepper and the screws have the same number of teeth, one rev of the stepper will cause one rev of the screws. You calculate the steps per mm as if the motor were driving the screw(s) directly.
