Not increasing Z during print but does increase when homing... - Marlin

Hi,

I've just installed a bltouch sensor as an endstop rather than having to use a mechanical endstop. For some reason during a print the Z axis will not move other than when homing or manual movement. I've checked the gcode file and it includes z movement: MPUholder.gcode
My printer uses a RAMPS 1.4 board with Marlin installed. I use Slic3r.

You always find the answer after you've just posted on a forum.

Marlin dosen't like the z offset to be negative without updating one setting (found here: https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Marlin/issues/7652)
