Currently I am working on my second delta. The first was a Geeetech M301 3 color and that was a disaster, the printer never finished a single print and ended up scrapped for parts. The second of coarse is the Kossel Pro by BIQU.

The problem I am having is the hot end wont lower closer than 5 mm from the bed so its printing in mid air. I have tried a number of things with no success and there are no calibration instructions with the printer with the BLTouch.
I have so little experience with delta style printers I am hoping someone here can assist. Thanks in advance!
PS. I am having no luck with any kind of tech support from BIQU or the seller!
