Issue with last layers

Hi
English is not my favorite language.
So, I can describe the issue and search for existing topics.

The content of the box is empty so the slicer added supports.

I use Cura 4.0.0.
Layer 0.4
filament : PLA 1.75
extruder : 185°C
Printer : Prusa I3 (EmotionTech)

Few month ago, I had the same problem with slic3r.
It was better. Now I have the same problem with Cura.

Any idea....

In my opinion 185C is too low for PLA, I have printed at 196C and even this is to low I would suggest 202C.
