I build a core xy 700x500mm
motors are 3amps nema23 with klipper and octoprint
it is not set completly
in klipper I set an delay for drivers like 3usec to eliminate posibility loosing steps
for the first prints is looking good

the problem is this layers are not alingned verticaly
one of each belt have around 5 metrs and are very long in my opinion
I left it little bit loose , I tight it , the final result is the same

can somebody tell me what can broke this aligniament ?

Along which direction is the shift occurring? X, Y, 45 degrees?

Check that the drive pulleys are tight on the motor shafts.

Some photos of the printer might help.

Pix of the printer?

The only way it could be a z axis problem is if the Z axis guide rails are not perpendicular to the XY plane defined by those axes' guide rails.
