Extruder fan is not working...using Simplify 3D

I have an MKS Gen L V1 board with Bugfix 1.8 something. It always turns on when the temp reaches 50C, at 255 speed.

My extruder fan stopped working, for the life of me i can not think of what changed.I did, however, install a filament detector but the install was fairly innocuous. To test the fan and circuit, I ran M43 T I L7 R100 S7 W100 which runs a pin debug. The fan pulsed on - so I know that the fan is good. It has to be something in Marlin am I correct? What direction would you go next? I attached my config and config_adv files. My wife wants me to print some Reindeer Christmas cards so I am under the gun Thanks.
