Boulges in 90 degree junctions

My main problem is 90 degrees they are never nice and straight there is always what seems to be a lip it bulges. top left picture around the hole you can see how it bulges out, bottom left same thing, bottom right is a picture from the bottom of the part how the corners come outwards (this face makes contact with the bed, there is no lifting from the glass). Top right is something completely different I am getting artifacts in Z, I think I am going to try to fix it with backlash z springs.
This happens in everything I print being ABS or PLA, I have tried reducing the speed, lowering/increasing xyjerk, lowering/increasing acceleration, I calibrated my E steps I know those are correct however in the course of calibrating the E steps it didn't matter if they where low or high the problem was always there.
Anyone has run into this problem? Any help I would greatly appreciate, thank you in advance.

E-steps are very forgiving. You can probably change it by +/- 75, and not see much difference.

You might want to check for backlash in your belts/pulleys. It's not unheard of on these forums to have mismatched pulleys and belts. T5 are usually the culprit. Depending on the quality of your pulleys, assuming they are printed, you may find more bang for the buck in getting some machined ones instead.
