Extruder jam ?

Hi,

I think the attached video show an extruder jam ?

The stepper motor started ticking over during a print, and I tried to start print again which is on the video (and quickly turned it off).

I have just purchased the machine and is starting to learn about 3D printing, but the only thing I know is that it is a MendelMax1.5, but is not enough to do a detailed search on the extruder.

I use 3mm PLA, that is from the end of a roll, so it is very curved.

Should I increase extrusion temperature, currently at 185 degrees ?

I have made a successful print:

So I just got some new filament from Faberdashy.

What I have found is that when the print goes fast (long stretches of infill), the little herring wheel on the E motor starts moving out of the larger wheel, until it finally starts ticking over.
I can help it a little if I manually help turn the larger wheel.

Is my temperature too low, or ?

Thank you,

Tried raising the temperature from 185 to 195,... did not really help.

Just took the extruder apart.
One of the bearings was jammed, and the main axis could hardly turn.

Not related to printing, sorry.

Thank you,
