Consistant Layer Shift

I get a layer shifts in the same locations on all my prints and I don't know whats causing them.

Any ideas?

shift? as in, to one side? or is the ridge all the way around? Because the first could be an irregularity in your threaded rods. Are they actually straight?

A rod irregularity wouldn't make such a sharp change.
What kind of threaded rod [if that's what you have] are you using? Do you know the exact pitch? Are your Z-steps set correctly?
