Any idea on what's happening here ?
November 07, 2014 01:53PM
Hi,

The second layer is not properly adhering to the bottom layer, and is pulled back with the nozzle.
This happen at all heights, but usually only for pointy edges. It was just very clear in this print.

Printed with PET T-Glase, 15mm/s, 190C, 0.5mm nozzle, 0.4mm layer, bed 60C ?

Thank you,

Might try bumping the heat a bit, I thought that stuff liked it more towards 212c?

Wow, wrong temperatures for t-glase (230~240 for hot end and 80~90 bed) and lower layer height to 0.3 , the speed is fine though.

Thank you for the replies,

It helped raising the temperature.

The reason I had it low, was because I had a lot of oozing when initially heating the printer.
It would drain the nozzle, and I had to compensate with a lot of skirt/brim.

Thanks,

scusi, no parlo Italiano.

You have several issues, from loose belts to over extrusion, you might be trying to print too fast.

I'll be better if you find someone that can parlare italiano with you and go through all the problems you have.

Ci vediamo
